Local Chapter
In order to join the local chapter, all that is required is an interest in a career in the healthcare field, completion of a membership form, and $10 dues. For a membership form you may attend a meeting or e-mail wvuaed@yahoo.com. You will be added to the mailing list and will be notified about future meetings. It is not required to fill out the form below, but if you want, you can.
National Chapter
If you are interested in joining the national chapter, you should contact one of the AED officers to obtain more information about the national chapter or attend a meeting. You can download the national chapter membership form below. Please fill out this form and submit it to the local chapter office along with the fees. You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form.
